Who you are

You are curious and eager to learn and demonstrate that quickly. We will teach you the Precedence ‘Way of Working’ including GRIPP, our annalistic methodology which was created in house. Flexibility is your second name, you can switch easily from the work floor to a management meeting. You take responsibility for your actions and use the freedom we give you to deliver quality to our clients. We are a solid group of 35 enthusiastic colleagues. Our ambition? You have this

• A Bachelors / Masters level of working and thinking, preferably with a background in IT, business administration, etc.
• You are an ambitious starter on the labor market, or you have several years of experience.
• Are you not from the consultancy world? You have an affinity with it.
• Experience in telecom and/or finance are a benefit.
• Experience in process and data analysis is a benefit.
• Dutch or English? You speak and write them both perfectly. If you also have a mastery of German then that’s a nice bonus.

As a business consultancy we are specialized in streamlining company processes, management and digital transformations for leading organizations in and outside of the Netherlands. For this we have our own methodology, named GRIPP. Our consultants work for clients in telecommunication, automotive, government, banking & finance and pharma & healthcare.
